As our Service Advisor, you'll be the face of Mountain Family Automotive and the first impression customers have of our business. You'll own the front of the house, setting the tone for every customer experience from the moment they walk through the door until they pick up their vehicle. You'll serve as the bridge between our customers and technicians, translating concerns into accurate repair orders, communicating technician findings into clear and honest recommendations, and ensuring everyone stays informed throughout the repair process.
More importantly, you'll stay in front of every customer before, during, and after the repair. You'll provide proactive updates, follow through on commitments, and make sure every customer leaves understanding what was done, why it was needed, and what comes next. In a town like Evergreen, those relationships matter, and the trust you build today becomes the reputation of our shop tomorrow.
In this role, you'll greet customers and conduct thorough intake interviews, write clear repair orders, build accurate estimates, communicate recommendations and timelines in plain language, coordinate workflow with our technicians and owner, manage scheduling and parts ordering, and help maintain a clean, welcoming front office. You'll play a key role in keeping the entire operation running smoothly while creating an experience that customers genuinely appreciate.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and treats customers like neighbors. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional under pressure, and follows through on commitments. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment. Automotive service advising experience is helpful, but attitude, character, and a willingness to learn matter more than industry experience. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
This is a full-time W-2 position located in Evergreen, Colorado. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation will be based on experience and the value you bring to the team, with a strong base salary and profit-sharing opportunities that grow alongside the business.
